Terms of Sale

Purpose

These terms govern the online French lessons provided by Louis (LouisTeachesYouFrench) to his students.

Booking and payment

Free trial lessons can be booked directly through the site. Paid plans are settled in advance according to the terms communicated at sign-up.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Any lesson cancelled by the student less than 24 hours in advance may be charged. Louis reserves the right to reschedule a lesson in case of unforeseen circumstances, offering a new time slot.

Refunds

Unused plans can be refunded upon simple request by email to louisteachyoufrench@gmail.com.
